We are pleased to announce that Tom Phelps joined our team as Project Superintendent on Monday, 10/19/15. Tom will be the supervising two new projects in Durham as they come on stream later this quarter, and will temporarily be supervising the Apex Baptist Church project.

Resolute Building Company was awarded the contract for the Prestonwood Country Club Fitness Center Improvements. The work will include the renovation of an existing one-story, 13,000 s.f. fitness center building and the new construction of a 7,500 s.f. addition. The site is located near the main club house, between the pool and golf course at Prestonwood Country Club. The work will be scheduled in two phases, with the new addition being constructed in Phase 1 and the renovation work to be completed in Phase 2. Construction is scheduled to begin in November.
We are pleased to announce that we have hired a new Assistant Superintendent, Paul McGreevy. Paul joined us on Monday, 10/12/15, and has been assigned to the Prestonwood Fitness Center project and will be working with Cory McClamrock and Brian Braddy.
