The Resolute Annual event was held this season at the Carolina Inn located in Chapel Hill on Saturday, January 21st. The reception began at 6 with a brief open bar and an ice breaker game designed to get everyone engaged followed by a buffet dinner at 7. A wonderful review of 2016 was given by CEO Randy Grubb, as well as an employee recognition and thanks from Dave Anna for their years of dedicated service.
A topping off celebration was held on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at The Brannan construction site to thank all who have been involved with the project up to this point – owner, designers, contractor, subcontractors, etc. The well attended event was catered by Bill Ellis’ Barbecue out of Wilson, NC, who provided a cooked on-site barbecue luncheon. The celebration also included the traditional beam signing.
We are pleased to announce that Mark Anna has transitioned to a Resolute permanent hire this month after completing the Construction Management, B.S. program at ECU. Mark will be assigned as an Estimator and will work with our estimating team on several project pursuits. Building Better!

Resolute was awarded the contract in January for the construction of a new SECU branch office in Hillsborough. Work began Monday, January 30th.
