RESOLUTE breaks ground on Southern Pines Fire Station #2. This building will house fire department as well as paramedics, librarians, parks and rec, and a data center. Fire Chief, Mike Cameron, spoke at the event and highlighted the need for the facility in a growing area.

RESOLUTE achieved Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for The Station Phase 1. This includes the site, parking deck building 1 and building 2.
RESOLUTE received final Certificate of Occupancy on the Rolesville Elementary project.
