New Hire – Webb LaRoque – Preconstruction/Estimating

We are please to announce the hire of Webb LaRoque on a permanent basis.  Webb will join our Preconstruction/Estimating division.  He is a graduate of our Resolute Intern Program and has worked with the company on a part-time basis since.  Welcome back!

New Project – Bull City Commons

We are excited to once again work with Weinstein Friedlein Architects on Bull City Commons in Durham.  This is our second cohousing project in Durham in as many years.  We recently completed the Village Hearth Cohousing project.  We also look forward to working with the Development Oversight Circle, made up of future residents.

The Wharton achieves TCO

The Wharton at Penick Village achieves TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) and residents are moving in!  Multiple exposures, oversized balconies and luxurious finishes await!

Foster achieves TCO for phase 1

Foster on the Park achieved TCO (Temporary certificate of occupancy) on Phase 1 of the project. The leasing office and floors 4-6 can be occupied.

New Office Safety Protocol

We are please to announce that we now have automatic hand sanitizers in our office. Additionally, the new office protocol is that face masks are required for entry.

AGC National Safety Stand Down – April 9th

Resolute was one of 500 general contractors nationwide that participated in a AGC (Association of General Contractors) nationwide stand down to implement and emphasize the latest coronavirus-related safety measures.

New Safety Procedures to address Coronavirus

In an effort to combat the spread of the Coronavirus Resolute has instituted new safety procedures on site.  These include additional hand washing stations on every site and the use of the “6-feet-rule” while working.



New Hire – Alex Renzi – Superintendent

Alex brings a wealth of knowledge in wood-framed construction and will join the Foster on the Park team to help push the project to completion. Resolute Building Company is excited for Alex to join the team.

Sponsoring Habitat Fashion Show – 4/17
