Major renovations to convert an existing warehouse into 17 townhomes. The warehouse was split into two separate buildings with a total of 17 units. Construction consists of post and timber framing reusing existing T&G plank lumber. New TPO roof. Site work required site demolition, cuts to fills, grading, utility work, paving, retaining walls and site concrete.
