Description: We are delighted to once again be working on The Cedars of Chapel Hill campus. This exciting expansion project, known as Overlook at The Cedars, features two four-story buildings with five highly customized condominium units each. These residences showcase premium finishes and fixtures selected by discerning buyers with a trained eye. The buildings are podium-style construction, with a podium slab supporting three residential levels above secured underground parking.
